About Us
In 2008, Energy & Design Ltd was created to fill the ever-increasing requirements of energy regulations for new build dwellings. Since starting in 2008, we have now increased our team to allow us to expand into existing dwelling EPCs, Green Deal, air tightness testing and thermography and, with the demise of the code for sustainable homes in 2015, we have retrained as HQM assessors, so we can offer a full-service package to our clients.
